Nutritional Consultancy – for research and strategic advice on nutritional topics for government, corporate clients, schools, nurseries and charitable health organisations.
Nutrition and Health Claims
Expert Witness - I have been an expert witness for Health and Care Professions Council, the Crown Prosecution Service and several solicitors.
Public Speaking – I have extensive experience presenting at conferences and meetings, as well as lecturing at universities and schools.
Training – Bespoke training sessions can be designed for companies, schools, universities, childcare staff, and parents.
Media Services – I have been interviewed (both live and prerecorded) on national radio and TV for news and information programmes. I write nutrition articles or comment on nutritional issues for a variety of press.
Author – I have written five books and am a contributing author to the British Dietetic Association textbooks. I write articles for a variety of publications and is available for commissions.
